Capital T — Espresso & Eats. A slice of toast holding hands with a takeaway coffee cup.

Coffee.
Newstead.

Coffee, jaffles and cookies — served out of a window on Waterloo Street.

Mon–Fri 6am–1pm  ·  Sat 6am–12pm

Tim Bates sitting on a stool outside the Capital T window, a cream-slatted shopfront with dark green herringbone tiles on Waterloo Street.

It's a window,
not a café.

No seating, no fuss. You walk up, we make your coffee, and you get on with your morning. Capital T is a hole in the wall in one of Brisbane's best pockets — properly good espresso at a price that still makes sense on a Tuesday.

Tim's usually the one on the machine.

Dogs welcome. There's a free treat on the counter, and a puppycino with any coffee.
